About SINA®: For me SINA® is a toy manufacturer, which I trust. Their work is always very exact. When I met Mrs Seidler and her son, Mr Seidler, I could really feel their honesty. For me as a designer it is an honor to be able to work with them.
About the design process for toys: When I design a toy, I concentrate on three aspects: beauty, simplicity, and originality. I think, people who play with my toys should come from different age groups, because it is like this: the ideal toy for me is one, with which not only two-year old kids can play, but which is also fun for the elderly at the age of 80. As a material I usually choose wood, for reasons of sensivity and intensity. But I think, that also other materials can be used, if they are functional for the toys.
